Deleting your Evoca account

This page explains how to delete your Evoca account (EVOCA d.o.o.) and what happens to your data.

Delete the account yourself

  1. Sign in to Evoca.
  2. Open My account → Privacy & data.
  3. Click “Delete My Account” and confirm with your password.
Sign in and delete account

If nothing stands in the way, deletion starts as soon as you confirm and you are signed out. When it is done, we send you a confirmation email.

Deletion waits if you own an organization that has no other owner or admin (transfer ownership first), or if you have an unpaid subscription. We then review the request and tell you what needs to be settled.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@evoca.app from the address you registered with and tell us you want your account deleted. We handle these requests by hand.

What we delete

  • Your profile data: first and last name, email address, phone, company, tax number and address. We replace them with a deleted-user label and delete your profile photo.
  • Access: you can no longer sign in.
  • Your personal vehicle-tracking data: trips, events and Guardian protection data. Your personal subscription no longer renews.
  • Saved route plans and saved places.
  • Vehicle shares you gave to others, and your link to Evoca cards.
  • Data exports you prepared. If you want a copy of your data, download it before you delete the account.

What we keep, and why

  • Invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years, because the law requires financial records to be retained.
  • Settled travel orders stay unchanged for 10 years, because they are accounting documents.
  • Vehicles, their service history and documents stay in Evoca, because they belong to the vehicle and its next owners. We remove the link to you.
  • Records you created while working for an organization (services, trips in company vehicles) stay with the organization, with your name removed.
  • The security log of actions stays for integrity, showing a deleted-user label instead of your name.

Questions about privacy and your data are covered in our privacy policy.
